LEAD 465    Leadership Coaching    3 Hours

Examination of fundamental leadership coaching skills that improve the adjustment and performance of individuals in an organizational setting. Topics to be covered include: the scope of coaching practice, optimal practitioner characteristics, resiliency training, peer leadership, coaching youth, related organizational dynamics, and coaching interventions and resources.
