A study of Pilates-based, mat exercises. Holistic exercises use specific breath support and provide physical/mental conditioning that change muscle tone, balance, flexibility and overall fitness and well-being. Repeatable two times for credit.

PERF 362 Theatre in Diversion 3 Hours (repeatable max of 6 hrs)
Course focusing on techniques for working with at-risk youth. Will provide students with a chance to teach drama skills and develop a performance showcase with teenagers in the juvenile justice system, and to evaluate the effectiveness of these interventions in reducing delinquency.
